Often, very large agencies do not offer the same level of support and personal attention to their agents, especially new agents just getting started. We recommend that you avoid any agency that pays out less than a 50/50 split on your clients. After all, you’ll be doing the bulk of the work and we think you should be fairly compensated for your efforts with at least 50% of the commission.
